We're seeking a talented individual to fill the role of HR Officer on a fixed-term contract for 11 months. THE OPPORTUNITY

  • Support the HR generalist team in onsite with daily tasks such as recruitment, onboarding and separations.
  • Serve as a vital link between HR and Payroll, ensuring timely processing of new starters and employee changes.
  • Maintain accurate HRIS and personnel records for the site workforce, following HR guidelines.
  • Provide support to the broader ANZ HR team with system usage and reporting, acting as the myHR system Superuser.
  • Aid in invoice processing for the Human Resources team using Aquila & SAP.
  • Coordinate compliance activities for sites, ensuring timely completion of training.
  • Contribute to executing HR initiatives focused on enhancing site capability, efficiency and employee engagement.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to promoting the health, safety, and welfare of all employees.

ABOUT YOU

  • Proven HR Generalist experience of minimum 1 Year
  • Tertiary Qualification in HR or related discipline desirable
  • Desire to develop in the Industrial relations space, with some exposure beneficial
  • Ability to connect and engage with people at all levels of the organisation.
  • Strong and professional communication style with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to organise self and others, to deliver quality work in a fast paced environment
  • Have exceptional attention to detail, flexible and resilient
