Programmed Skilled Workforce is a leading provider of staffing services. Our people are employed on a casual basis across a wide range of industries.

We are currently hiring Production Workers for a reputable bread factory located in Clayton South. We are seeking motivated individuals who are ready to join our team and make a difference in the production of quality bread products.

What the role is:

  • Working 12 hours shift -Day & Night Shift
  • Operate and monitor computer-operated machines on the packing line.
  • Feed loaves of bread onto the production belt.
  • Assist in the wheeling and filling of racks with bread tin trays.
  • Perform general cleaning duties to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and follow all company policies and procedures.

For this role, you must:

  • Previous experience in food manufacturing is preferred.
  • Able to work 12hour shift
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production targets.
  • A positive attitude and excellent work ethic
  • Physically fit to lift to 15kgs.
  • Ability to follow instructions and operate machinery safely.
