Senior Accountant

This role is available as a full time position.
To be considered for this role you must be an Accounting graduate with at least 3 years experience in a similar role.
You will be completing or have completed your CA/CPA program.Furthermore, you will have strong technical and analytical abilities, with a high attention to detail and focus on meeting deadlines.
You must have a professional approach to work, enjoy interacting with clients and working as part of a small close-knit team.
In this role you will work with a diverse range of clients of various structures including individuals, companies, trusts, partnerships, and self-managed superannuation funds.
Key responsibilities include:
Building, supporting, and maintaining strong client relationships;
Identifying and managing tax complications such as Division 7 A loans, FBT, CGT events, SBE and depreciation concessions;
Management of client's reporting, budgeting, and forecasting requirements;
Preparation of compliance work such as financial statements, activity statements and tax returns, audits;
Supporting and motivating other team members.

Academic transcript;
Knowledge of Australian taxation legislation and accounting reporting requirements;
Ambition to develop as a leader;
Strong interest and experience in client services;
Well developed communication skills (written and verbal);
High attention to detail;
Proactive nature and ability to work autonomously.
