Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander Business & Engineering Graduates to join our two-year Graduate Program in February 2024.

WHAT YOU WILL BE WORKING ON? You may be surprised

VentiaGrads will have the opportunity to work on a range of projects across Ventia's diverse portfolio, which will provide practical, hands-on experience to build upon your qualifications and to solve challenges and deliver positive outcomes.

As a Business Graduate potential opportunity could include working in the following:

• People & Capability, supporting various learning and development programs.
• Precontracts and commercial teams, assisting senior leaders with commercial contracts, providing project support, and attending client meetings.
• Brand, Marketing and Communications team supporting our internal campaigns and work winning processes.

As an Engineering Graduate potential opportunity could include working in the following:

• Transport Sector to support and plan the delivery of fault repairs on intelligent transport systems.
• Telecommunications Sector to deliver Telstra mobile network sites including network and operation, construction and testing mobile 3G, 4G and 5G technologies.
• Yarra Valley Water contract, being involved in the design and delivery of a major project at a treatment plant.
• Resources sector completing repairs and upgrades and integrating new technology and tools to resolve realtime plant issues.

ABOUT THE PROGRAM

The #VentiaGrad program is a two-year program with 2 x 6-month rotations and 1 x 12-month rotation to help you discover and learn about the many different parts of our business.

Our program is designed to help you unlock your full potential and take your career to new heights The three rotations will take you out of your comfort zone by giving you the chance to work in both corporate and in-field work environments and provide you with endless opportunities through meaningful work assignments and projects which will help accelerate your career.

KEY REQUIREMENTS
To be eligible for the #VentiaGrad program, you must meet the following criteria:

• Successfully completed relevant undergraduate degree in the last two years or will complete undergraduate degree prior to January 202
• Hold Australian Citizenship.
• Willingness to travel and relocate for the duration of the rotation.
