LOGISTICS PALLET ADMINISTRATOR

About your new role...

We have a wonderful opportunity to join CCEP in this Logistics Pallet Administrator role. You will report to our fabulous Transport Manager NSW and take accountability for pallet movements, stock levels, ordering, de-hires and cost management.

What will you be doing?

  • Daily compliance checks and reporting on KPIs.
  • Data Entry of all pallet movements, including route information.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with relevant internal stakeholders and Trading Partners.
  • Resolve pallet discrepancies, increase pallet accurateness, and reduce cost.
  • Update production counts.
  • Organise and manage delivery of Issue & De-hire pallets with equipment Supplier across three sites.
  • Work with Management and Pallet Management Partner on identifying operational gaps and implementing new processes.
  • Provide required information for end of month reporting.
  • Approve and code invoices for Accounts Payable team.

  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
  • Good understanding of warehouse operations activities, materials handling equipment, warehouse systems and pallet management software.
  • Competent computer skills, including high levels of data entry speed / accuracy and previous experience in Excel.
  • Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with internal team members, trading partners and customers.
  • Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment across all levels of the organisation.
