RTM Sales is a locally owned manufacturer of custom timber architectural wall, ceiling and acoustic panel products. We specialise in design and manufacture within the shop fitting and Joinery industry.

We are currently seeking an experienced Joinery Draftsperson who has been in the industry to join our team.

The successful applicant should have a good understanding of AutoCad. Knowledge of CNC machinery and preparing NC files would be advantageous.

You will be working closely on producing shop drawings for each of our projects.

Key Responsibilities, but not limited to:

  • Prepare shop drawings on AutoCad software.
  • Ensure all shop drawings are accurately drawn up on the program ready to send for approval.
  • Prepare CNC files ready for production on factory floor.
  • Work alongside Project Co-Ordinator and Production Manager to ensure projects are delivered on time.

Required Skills / Qualifications:

  • Ability to understand plans and shop drawings.
  • Ideally have knowledge of materials and finishes.
  • Punctual and reliable.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Close attention to detail.
  • Work effectively, efficiently and at times unsupervised.
  • Have a keen interest in the building industry and innovations.
