About the Role


Based in our iconic offices on the Swan River, the Internal Communications Coordinator sits within our Corporate Services team delivering functional expertise as part of a joint team where business and philanthropy intersect.

This position is integral in connecting and engaging Minderoo and Tattarang employees across the world.


We're looking for an individual who has a flair for writing and creating value-aligned content, with a flexible mindset and excellent ability to navigate a fast-paced environment to join us on a 12 month fixed term contract.

The role is diverse, no two days are the same, and we really mean that, and that's what makes the role rewarding and exciting It will involve:

  • Supporting the creation and execution of the internal communication strategy across Tattarang and Minderoo Foundation.
  • Crafting value and brand aligned content for the internal communications channels: intranet, electronic mail outs (Campaign Monitor), Teams (instant messaging), and our global work family.
  • Managing and delivering events across the organisation.
  • Generating ideas to ensure that all employees globally feel connected to our offices across Perth, Sydney and Amsterdam
  • Writing and distributing the fortnightly internal newsletter.
  • Supporting the CEO's Office and senior leadership team with internal announcements and communications.
  • Building strong relationships with teams and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications:

About You

From an experience perspective, you will have:

  • Demonstrated experience in writing and delivering content that is value and brand aligned
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise, multitask and meet deadlines
  • Capability to build and strengthen relationships across all business levels
From a systems perspective, it would be great, but not a requirement to have experience with

  • Sharepoint Intranet management
  • Campaign Monitor, distribution list management, Microsoft Teams


If you have a Tertiary qualification in Communications, Media or Journalism that would add value, but it is not a pre-requisite.
