  • Assist Regional & Digital Services librarians in efficient & effective library operations
  • Providing exceptional customer service in a changing environment
  • Providing supervisory support of the branch library team

Requirements/Skills

  • Degree or Graduate Diploma in Library Science with public library experience
  • Demonstrated proficiency in the use of technology
  • Highly developed customer service skills
  • Capable of providing an exceptional customer experience to a diverse range of people.
