This opportunity will see you working in the Customer Support Team within Logistics - to provide customers with accurate and timely support in the processing and delivery in all aspects of order fulfilment across the National Logistic Supply Chain.

When you join this
traineeship program, MEGT will be your legal employer.

This means we will pay your wages and monitor your training while you are placed with our valuable and experienced Host Employer.

Working alongside MEGT and Registered Training Organisations, you'll get valuable on-the-job experience while you work towards a nationally accredited qualification: a Certificate III in Business.

What your day may look like:

• Support the business requirements for the EOM processing & systems updates
• Take on any additional duties as requested by your manager in line with the financial year Business Unit Plan
• Support the team to ensure al daily, weekly, monthly plans are achieved
• Engaging with internal and external customers during any stage of the order and post sales cycle
• Respond in a timely manner to all customer enquiries both via phone and electronically
• Maintaining accurate inventory
