Housekeeping / Room Attendants to join our growing team. We are looking for hard working and reliable Room Attendants to join our high performing housekeeping team at

Crown Tower Sydney.

_Role responsibilities include:
_
- _Continually achieve and exceed our clients, as well as the guest's expectations of service and quality_
- _Present rooms impeccably, including thorough cleaning of the room and bathroom, the making of beds, vacuuming, mopping, and replenishing of amenities in a professional and efficient manner_

  • Maintain cleanliness of your work area, and clean and tidy public areas to a highquality standard.
  • Sort, fold, count and stack linen and bedding
  • Ensure the security, confidentiality, and privacy of the hotel guests is maintained, by operating with integrity and diligence
  • Always work in adherence to Workplace Health & Safety policies and procedures, and proactively report any hazards, faults, or damages to management
  • Be honest and transparent and work hard to build successful working relationships with the client and your colleagues
  • A willingness to be flexible and take on additional and varying tasks if required
  • Play your part in creating a dynamic and collaborative workplace culture that aligns with
    Silk's values, and where respect is integral in sustaining a
    'oneteam approach'

_About you?_


Professional in presentation and approach, you are well versed in providing quality customer service, and have some experience working in a fast-paced and high-energy role.

Comfortable working on your own or as part of a team, you possess a proactive attitude, an excellent work ethic and a reliable, dependable nature.

  • Permanent parttime employment with guaranteed hours
- $22.77 per hour + superannuation, with paid annual leave and sick leave

  • Flexibility we have shifts available from 8.00am to 3.00pm, seven days a week
  • Ideally you will be available for at least three shifts per week
  • Paid training this is done over three days between Monday & Friday
  • Ongoing training & support
**Shortlisted applicants will be invited to a recruitment day held at Crown Tower Sydney where you will have the opportunity to visit the beautiful Crown complex and meet the Executive Housekeeper for a face to face interview.
