The Client


Our client has longevity and stability in the market, with a reputation built on repeat business and referrals from some of the top real estate and property agencies in Western Australia.

Our client is seeking a Licensed Conveyancer that is ready to make this role their own and take it to the next level.

Up to $100,000 + super + 5% profit share after an initial qualifying period of 3 months:

  • Fulltime administration back up, including pay roll, accounting, financials, HR

The Position, but not limited to

  • Preparation of all documentation for settlement
  • Develop new and existing client relationships
  • Have your own portfolio to step into straight away
  • Providing quotes to new clients
  • Liaising with settlement agents, brokers, banks, agents involved in the settlement process
  • Be the Licensee and have full control of the settlement agency
  • Oversee and supervise staff (12 staff members)

The Criteria
-
Must be a licensed Conveyancer:

  • Previous experience in conveyancing/settlement or a simular role
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Exceptional computer skills
  • Ability to work well within a team environment
