Working within the dispatch area getting products such as castings in frames and in boxes, shrink wrapped, placed in the lines.

Items that they will be picking - castings (weigh between 1kilo up to 1 ton). Lighter castings are picked by hand, and the heavier castings are manoeuvred by a forklifts.

Packing shed has a swing boom crane, they will be operating this crane - will be fully trained (will be signed off on multiple working instructions) no tickets required for this - and final sign from the workplace heath and safety manager.

There will be data entry processes and work orders that will need to be completed for picking transactions that need to be added to the system.

Loading and unloading the trucks using a forklift
Forklifts on site 2.5 ton and a 7 ton forklift for unloading pipe.

Using hand and power tools may occur heat torch to shrink wrap, use a small drill (steel wool type) that cleans up threads.
