Your Objectives

  • Deliver on all sales budgets
  • Growing sales and distribution from an already established customer base
  • Identify and negotiate opportunities throughout the area
  • Establish and create new business opportunities through coldcalling
  • Visits customers on a regular basis to maintain a strong relationship and inform them of new products and products transitions
  • Resolves customer queries by investigating problems, developing solutions, making recommendations to management
  • Liaising with warehouse and store teams to ensure customer service expectations are achieved

Key Requirements

  • Sales Obsessed and hungry for growth
  • Driven by own performance standards and ultracompetitive
  • Strong Communication, negotiation and influencing skills
  • Patience and problemsolving attitude with the ability to tactfully handle customer negotiations
  • Resilient under pressure and selfmotivated to succeed
  • Ability to analyze sales trends, market dynamics and reports to determine business growth
  • Ability to Travel locally and throughout state
