Our client is a large federal government agency focused on providing high quality mental health assessment and clinical counselling services.
They take pride on meeting client needs through a combination of proven clinical practices and new and emerging evidence-based approaches.
Reporting to the Assistant Director, you will work with a professional team who are all dedicated to making a different in the lives of their clients.
About the role:
- Assist with aspects of a strategic review including the collection of data.
- Assist with a review of existing group mental health programs to determine what is fit for purpose.
- Assist with the development of the program strategy and frameworks to guide future delivery of services and programs.
- Monitor, review and report on the mental health programs.
- Develop, document and maintain service delivery pathways for internal and external stakeholder relationships.
- Identify and establish processes to support and promote the delivery of services and programs.
- Continuous improvement and compliance strategies.
- Coordinate and contribute to the development of advice, briefings, papers, submissions and correspondence.
About you:
- You will have current registration with the Australian Health Practitioners Registration Agency (AHPRA) or Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW).
- You will have Working with Children (WWC) and/or Vulnerable People Checks/Clearance (Blue Card) ideally, or have it granted before commencing the role.
- You will have experience in a similar clinical role You will have extensive case management experience.
- You will be passionate about clinical psychology and social work to support mental health initiatives.
