Your Job:

We are seeking an APAC Commercial Capability Leader to join our APAC CX, Marketing & eCommerce Regional Team.

The role will play a pivotal part in taking our Global KC Ways of Working (Sales, eComm & Marketing) and helping bring this to life with our cluster teams through their local capability managers to accelerate top-tier performance across APAC.

APAC Marketing & eCommerce Director

  • Champion a high performance and faster learning organization, by developing and deploying a 3year roadmap to improve commercial capability across APAC and to drive standardization across clusters utilizing worldclass frameworks from our Global COE for executing learning priorities from direct and indirect selling, ecommerce, and marketing communities.
  • Drive a learning culture that embodies the 4 ways of working (Customer Focus, Move Fast, Grow our People, Play to Win) and create training and learning communities that drive regional scale and that engender enthusiasm to continuously raise the bar of what best practice is.
  • Linked to our Growth Agenda influence the prioritization of the commercial learning global curriculum and execution of commercial learning projects into APAC.
  • Track commercial competency assessments and metrics annually to inform progress and future learning priorities that enable teams to reach high performance, effectiveness, and contribute to the business at a faster rate.

Role Overview & Primary Accountabilities:

  • Lead development of a 3year road map to improve the sales, ecommerce, and marketing capability in APAC in conjunction with the Global COE.
  • Work closely with functional teams to gain indepth understanding of business and performance objectives and needs to develop 3year learning priorities, roadmap & annual calendar.
  • Proactively work with APAC leadership team to prioritize sales, ecommerce, and marketing training development and execution needs. Drive standardization and adoption across APAC.
  • Conduct an assessment of the capability caps we have today and be the voice of APAC at the Global COE forums to share insights as to where we need the most support to grow
  • Benchmark against industry standards, identify baselines, track progress, and inform learning prioritization (budgets, standards, process, systems, tools, and learning).
  • Influence and work closely with the Cluster Capability managers to align capability plans and standardization
  • Continually measure relevance of curriculum and strategy through stakeholder initiatives and by remaining current with industry trends/benchmarking
  • Lead compliance in measurement/evaluation processes to ensure that programs deliver positive business results and ROI
  • Lead integration of data, processes, systems with technology for sales success and visibility
  • Lead multiple development efforts & inputs across functions, communicate consistently to project team members, deliver business benefits in a timely and costeffective manner. Address barriers to execution issues.
  • Champion new and existing sales, ecommerce and marketing initiatives into learning solutions and ensure alignment with business strategies
  • Work with outside vendors selected by the Global COE to deliver consistency in The KCP Way of Selling & Marketing, and other critically relevant content and key learning concepts
  • Champion performancedriven new/best practices from other regions and integrate into our ways of working and standards

Essential Requirements:

  • Proven experience of managing and improving L&D B2B (business to business) capabilities, systems, methodologies, and technologies associated with sales enablement and support
  • 10 years of B2B functional experience in sales and marketing. eCommerce a plus
  • Experience in external vendor management
  • Broad business perspective across customer/segment/category/competitive trends
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and proactively with sound planning skills
  • Broad knowledge of informal networks and organizational dyn
