The opportunity is here to join a national retail chain who is privately owned and totally focused on providing all Australians with all things camping, fishing & outdoor adventure


Reporting to the Store Manager, you will be part of this well-known brand and an amazing group of people, who enjoy providing the customer a professional shopping experience.

Your focus will be to develop and increase store sales, (in line with overall company strategy) while developing key internal and external relationships.


Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop your team of 10+ staff
  • Ensure you and your team are delivering customers with a great customer experience.
  • Maximise sales by promoting products, club memberships etc.
  • Managing reports (sales, gross margin, net profit)
  • Merchandising and managing presentation of store

Experience & Qualifications

  • Experience leading a team in a retail environment.
  • Demonstrated history of reaching KPI's and targets
  • Strong computer skills
  • Fantastic communication skills
  • Stock Management experience
