Our focus is to deliver quality person centred care to our participants.

Promise Care Solutions is looking for experienced Support Workers to complete splits shifts in the Penrith Area.

Shift times are:
7:30am to 9:30am - Monday to Friday

3:00pm to 5:00pm - Monday to Friday

Requirements - Must Have:

  • Minimum 6 months experience
  • Driver's License
  • Police Check
  • NDIS Worker Screening
  • Working with Children's Check
  • Cert III in Individual Support or Above
  • Covid19 Vaccination
Reporting to the Service Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Assisting our participants with day to day activities
  • Building relationships with our participants
  • Supporting our participants with appointments
  • Providing community access to our participants eg grocery shopping, recreational activities ect.
  • General cooking and domestic duties eg laundry, food preparation ect
  • Recording detailed Incident Reports and Shift Notes
  • Ensuring the participants needs are being met, paying particular focus to the goals outlined in their NDIS plan.
