About the role:


Develop your skills and knowledge in our two-year Graduate Development Program which consists of mentoring, training, professional development and structured six-month rotations across our varied ICT teams.

As an ICT Graduate you have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the following teams:

  • Cyber and Resiliency Operations
  • Technology Portfolio Delivery
  • Data and Analytics
  • Technology and Service Delivery


Graduates spend 12 months working together on a group innovation project, which is sponsored by an Executive Manager and supported by the business.

We are seeking an ICT graduate to join us in February 2024.

We are looking for graduates who are able demonstrate the following skills and qualities for the role:

  • Strong written communication, teamwork and collaboration capability
  • Customer focus and a positive and proactive approach to interacting with our community
  • Understanding of and commitment to safe behaviours that keep our workplace healthy
  • Strong time management, multitasking, investigative, analytical and research skills
  • Drive to achieve development goals, plans and work across a variety of systems and projects to achieve team outcomes
  • Ability to acquire detailed knowledge and understanding of various processes with an emphasis on learning and solving problems
  • High work standards and attention to detail in recording accurate information
