About the Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Head Chef to lead the dynamic kitchen team at this incredible venue. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for creating and executing innovative menus, overseeing daily kitchen operations, and ensuring the highest standards of food quality and presentation. Your Skills and Experience:

• Extensive experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef in a high-volume, upscale restaurant or hospitality environment
• Proven leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and mentor a diverse kitchen team
• Exceptional culinary skills with a strong emphasis on presentation and flavour
• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to thrive under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
