Although we do many things differently, we don't negotiate on delivering work that is on time and accurate.This role will be a great fit for you if you: Have a solid background in accounting Have some leadership experience under your belt Know your stuff, but know when it's time to call in the experts Have a genuine interest in helping clients and team members proactively Love bringing the wow to the customer experience Enjoy producing management reports for quarterly meetings with clients Don't have an issue getting your hands dirty Believe in getting it right and getting it done Are not afraid to have real conversations Can explain complex financial info in a way that makes sense to everyone The role will be: A mix of on the tool's work and other responsibilities (depending on how you are wired)
Focused on real estate industry clients (ranging from startups to large corporates)Part of a friendly and supportive team with plenty of opportunities for collaboration Filled with compliance and advisory (the blend is what matters most)You are someone who:
Is analytical, but able to see the bigger picture Is great at building and maintaining strong relationships Loves working with business owners (or those who run the business)Is approachable and trusting Has a nurturing leadership style Is an open communicator Is comfortable with giving and receiving feedback The role will really suit someone who has been doing a similar role in public practice with or without the real estate industry experience, so please submit your resume and a brief cover letter outlining your experience and skills.
