Part-Time Trainer and Assessor - Individual Support Certificate Courses (Taylors Lakes, VIC)

Due to our RTO's growth, we are seeking a Part-Time Trainer to deliver Individual Support certificate courses.

Role Highlights:

  • Empower students in Cert II and Cert III to kickstart or advance their careers
  • Provide training both face-to-face and online
  • Share real-life workforce stories alongside theoretical knowledge
  • Adapt training styles to cater to various learning preferences
  • Foster an inclusive and supportive learning environment
  • Engage, support, and empower students to achieve qualifications

Qualifications and Skills Needed:

  • Community-minded and supportive individual with a drive to help learners succeed
  • Experience in delivering work-ready skills and digital literacy training
  • Proficient in vocational training facilitation and assessment
  • Relevant qualifications and industry expertise
  • Comfortable traveling to different locations
  • Skilled in using technology, managing student needs, and meeting KPIs
  • Familiarity with LMS and online trainer portals

Requirements:

  • Cert III in Individual Support (Disability, Aged, or Home and Community)
  • Recent industry experience to share with students
  • Updated TAE40116 certification
  • Computer proficiency and ability to engage students
  • Strong rapport-building and motivation skills
