Who are we?

Sydney Water has partnered with Delivering 4 Customers (D4C), a consortium comprising of John Holland, Service stream maintenance, service stream utilities and WSP;to deliver; design, construct, maintenance and facilities management services as part of the Partnering 4 Success(P4S) program in Sydney Water's Southern Region of Sydney.

What are we looking for?
D4C is seeking a talented Team Assistant with a range of skills to join our team.
This role will provide administrative support to the Engineering & Design team.
The opportunities in this role / roles includes, but are not limited to:

  • Provide general secretarial support to Design Leads
  • Deliver team induction presentations and make new starters welcome
  • Provide administrative support which may include arranging and attending meetings, conferences, functions, taking and distributing minutes
  • Manage time allocation for overhead activities across the team.
  • Manage team competency records.
  • Coordinate and organise training activities for staff
  • Assist with document control activities on projects
  • Assist in the creation and preparation of correspondence, documents, reports, presentations, and/or publications.
  • Assist the general Engineering & Design team with adhoc duties as appropriate to the role

Essential Requirements:

  • Driver's licence
  • White Card
  • Administration and document management practices
  • Use of databases
  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work within a team
