We require a motivated and hardworking Sheetmetal worker who seeks a career in a manufacturing environment.

You will be responsible for ensuring all work performed is to a high standard, ensuring products are functional and reliable.

You will have a solid background in sheetmetal work within manufacturing and excellent knowledge and operational experience in programming and operating Press Break Machines and co2 & Fibre Laser Cutting Machines.

Responsibilities will include:

• Operation / Programming of Co2 tube laser and Fibre lasers
• Operation of sheet metal plant and equipment including automatic saws, hydraulic presses, press brakes and rolling machines
• Cutting, folding, and welding sheet metal
• Ensuring accuracy and quality of manufactured product
• Interpretation of technical drawings and blueprints

To be successful for this role, you will possess:

• Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role
• Minimum 5 years' experience in programming and operating co2 tube and fibre lasers
• Experience with the use of Bystronic Machines and in Bysoft preferred
• Experience in set up and operating automatic saws, hydraulic presses and rolling machines
• Knowledge on Bystronic fibre laser maintenance advantages
• Solid experience in welding, soldering, bolting, brazing and riveting sheet metal
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and blueprints

This is a full-time position. Salary range - $50-70k and is all dependant on relevant skill and experience.
