Counter Managers are critical inenabling us to fulfil our purpose because they:
Provide extraordinary customer service and consult with ourcustomers, to ensure they get the best advice for their health andbeauty needs. Make every customer feel special while demonstrating prestigeproducts.Ensure our customers' transactions are processed correctly andefficiently using our point-of-sale systemsEnsure our stores are beautifully presented and well-stocked soour customers feel welcome and enjoy their experience in ourstoresDemonstrate the value of National Pharmacies membership to ourcustomers.People who excel as National Pharmacies and LancomeCounter Managers consistently demonstrate:
