About the role

  • We are seeking an individual who is highly motivated to become part of a passionate and engaged team.
The position will have responsibility for providing clerical functions for the Diagnostics Department.

Your key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following:

  • Uploading of files from Holter, ABP and ECG's and transmission to Cardioscan
  • Reporting of Holter and ABP Results
  • Invoicing and Device Management
  • Accounts assistance
  • Inbox and calendar management
  • Document creation and control
  • Site access card management and works scheduling
  • Ad hoc administration duties
  • Compliance with all relevant policies and SOP's with particular emphasis
  • Confidentiality
  • Adherence to Workplace Health and Safety (WHS)

  • To be considered for this position, you will need to have a great blend of skills, including:
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
  • Outlook, Word and Excel and typing skills
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to perform work with a high degree of precision and accuracy in a fast paced environment
  • Problem solving skills
  • Demonstrate high level of personal motivation
  • Good Customer service skills to liaise effectuvely with Doctors and patients
