This role is for one of the largest and best Strata Management companies in the ACT.

The Role

  • Complete general maintenance repairs
  • Conduct inspections of assets
  • Complete asset inspection reports
  • Complete job reports
  • Daytoday reactive general maintenance management
  • Assist in identifying and implementing system and process improvements that deliver best practice processes and contribute to the identification of continuous improvement initiatives
  • Work closely with the office and stakeholders to identify and implement improvements in the operation of the site
  • Site liaison/coordination with contractors and tenants
  • Stakeholder management (tenants, contractors and owners)
  • WHS Management including
  • Ensuring uptodate contractor certificates, insurances, licences and inductions are kept
  • Answer queries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner, being helpful in the approach
  • Maintain company vehicle (Ensure vehicle servicing is completed and kept clean/tidy)
  • Building Management or Trade background
  • Current Drivers Licence
  • Strong communication skills/customer service focused
  • Presents well, solid customer service skills
  • Selfstarter and ability to be autonomous
  • Participate in the development of skills to be able to operate effectively in the absence of key people
  • Has an eye for detail
  • Highlevel craftsmanship ability
  • General understanding of building systems (BMS, Security, Fire, Etc)
  • Ability to prioritise tasks
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint & Excel
