  • Your role involves determining platform requirements and processes across business lines, building productive relationships with key stakeholders, and defining and scoping initiatives & strategies.
  • You will also manage a small team to ensure cohesive platform operations, meeting operational deadlines and service level agreements.
  • Manage, deliver and implement (alongside the Platform team) processes and platform improvements to ensure the best outcome for the business stakeholders.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the existing business platforms (CEP) and technology requirements.
About you:
  • We're seeking a candidate with tertiary qualifications in a related discipline, and significant experience in similar roles, with a track record of delivering complex technology projects and managing time-critical operations.
  • Ability to quickly understand existing business platforms and technology requirements will be crucial in managing and delivering processes and platform improvements.
  • Strong decision-making and communication skills, stakeholder management, and the ability to work in an agile environment.
  • Experience managing a teams to deliver business outcomes.
  • Experience on Salesforce and MarketIQ.
