The Administration Support Officer, being the primary point of contact for the leadership team within this unit, is responsible for providing direct administrative support to relevant clinical leads and staff in relation to human resource and payroll administration work flows, co-ordination of diverse correspondence and record keeping, calendar management, minute taking, and meeting set ups, along with other relevant administrative tasks while maintaining confidentially and upholding the departments code of conduct.
This role is required to contribute to the improvement of business processes and systems that enhance the function of the Administrative Support Officer role and clinical area.
About you- High level of knowledge and skills relevant to an Administration Support Officer role including well developed interpersonal, negotiation, oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to problem solve and provide solutions to specific situations to meet organisational or task needs.
- Ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines and be flexible in a changing work environment.
- Ability to work effectively autonomously and cooperatively as part of an executive team.
- Ability in the use of Microsoft Office programs to an intermediate level and the ability to acquire knowledge of relevant software packages.
