We are seeking 4 highly motivated HR Consultants with a strong background in employment relations to join our growing team.

You will play a pivotal role in ensuring our client maintains a compliant workplace environment.

In this unique role, you'll:

Be the ER expert:
Provide strategic advice and guidance on all aspects of employment relations, including legislation, awards, and best practices.

Partner with passion:
Work closely with our clients to assess their documentation and ensure legislative compliance.

Knowledge sharer:
Create relevant documents such as contracts, handbooks, and policies.

Stay ahead of the curve:
Proactively monitor changes in employment law and advise on their impact on the business.

You're a perfect fit if you have:


Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar HR Advisor or industrial relations role, with a strong focus on face-to-face interaction.

A proven ability to resolve complex ER issues with empathy, tact, and a solution-oriented approach.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills:
Build trust, actively listen, and effectively communicate verbally and non-verbally in person.

A strong understanding of employment legislation and best practices in employee relations.
