We are looking for an organised, experienced Dental Assistant who is capable of organising inventory, implementing compliant infection control practices, coordinating time management and efficiencies.
You need to be someone who can think outside the box, is able to work together with the management team to support the junior DAs with chair side assisting skills and to refine any processes that will benefit from tweaks.
You don't need many years of clinical experience but must have a good eye for detail, good communicatin skills and a passion for dental assisting to help increase treatment room efficiencies and be warm and friendly with patients so that they leave with a consistently wonderful experience.
We prefer a minimum of 4 years of dental assisting experince but will consider any levels of experience for this role.
Our practice has solid systems in place.The Senior Dental Assistant is expected to ensure the entire team is able to implement a good follow through of these systems and protocols but also to help come up with new and practical ideas to help our practice operate more smoothly and efficiently.
Taylor Street Dental is a modern, digital dental practice with focus on Invisalign. More than 60% of our patients find us through word-of-mouth referrals. As a practice, we are offering a career, not a job. As a team, we value training, support and education. Communication plays a huge part in the success of our word-of-mouth referral-based practice.You will be working 4 days a week during weekdays with a Saturday every 3 months. You will need to be available between 08:15am-6:00pm weekdays. If you don' t have the skillsets we require of you, we can train you up.
There is a strong emphasis on quality and consistency in following all OH&S and infection control policies at our practice.
