What we are looking for:
The essential requirements for this role are

  • Welldeveloped conceptual and analytical skills and a demonstrated ability to develop innovative and practical solutions for solving problems in large scale and complex change programs.
  • Proven highlevel ability and achievement in leading system implementation projects across complex organisations to support delivery of the organisation's priorities.
  • Highly developed negotiation, influencing, consultative and interpersonal skills suited to supporting business realignment and process improvement as a result of system implementation.

Mandatory qualifications, registrations and other requirements:

  • While not mandatory, a relevant qualification will be well regarded.
  • This is a position within the Department of Health and the Public Hospitals Fringe Benefits Tax exemption cap does not apply.
