Burpengary are on the lookout for a

Full Time receptionist to join them in providing the best service and care to our patients. This is a permanent position, working Monday to Friday during business hours. Our centre supports a wide range of patients, including managing many e-referrals for imaging services.

You will be responsible for all reception duties including:

• Customer service and care including greeting patients at the front desk, taking, and directing incoming telephone calls
• Make radiology exam bookings
• General Clerical Duties
• Patient record management with exceptional data entry skills
• Liaising with other receptionist, referring doctors and other medical professionals in a courteous manner
• Medicare, DVA, Health fund and work cover billing and banking
