This role is critical as we continue to adapt to the rapidly changing Primary Health Care environment, ensuring our services empower clients to live their best lives.

• Generous salary packaging options - increase your take home pay by 6-12%

• Modern and welcoming office spaces

• Christmas Closure Bonus Leave (above annual leave entitlements)

• Training opportunities

• Meal & entertainment allowances

• Paid parental leave, and much more

Sonder is open to negotiating further benefits with the successful applicant to ensure an excellent working environment for you.

The Executive Manager, Mental Health & AOD will report to the CEO and is a key leader who embodies Sonder's Purpose, Vision, and Values, fostering a high-performance culture where staff are motivated and committed. This role is crucial in navigating the evolving Primary Health Care landscape, driving the delivery of mental health and AOD programs across both metropolitan and rural South Australia.

With a focus on operational efficiency and agility, the Executive Manager ensures that services empower clients to live their best lives, while strategically positioning the organisation for future growth. Leveraging extensive knowledge and experience, the Executive Manager provides strategic and operational leadership, governance and direction to innovate and enhance service delivery models, including leading the delivery of the Northern Medicare MH Centre (Head to Health).

Experience Requirements:
