About The Role


We have an opportunity for a Group Procurement Manager to join our Finance team.
Reporting to the Head of Financial Planning and Performance, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining a proactive, responsive and accountable procurement delivery culture across Endeavour Foundation to support operational excellence.


Duties include:

  • Develop related policies, procedures, systems, structures, and frameworks for Procurement to deliver best practice procurement and contract management solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to successfully deliver purchasing outcomes that efficiently create value and savings within the agreed categories.
  • Support an integrated, transformational, and leading approach for procurement to meet organisational needs and financial targets.
  • Negotiate contracts with external organisations to secure contracts that are operationally sustainable.
  • Research and genuinely understand the market and opportunities for greater efficiencies, to improve the quality of support services.

About You

  • Demonstrated experience in a category management role in a large and/or complex organisation developing and implementing effective procurement frameworks.
  • Effective Leadership and demonstrated capability to partner, manage stakeholders and build relationships.
  • Commercial acumen and performance bias.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to ensure clear and concise information is relayed.
