An exciting new opportunity has become available for a
Product Owner to work within the
Mortgages Tribe to support the Tribe lead in developing and executing the squad's product vision to meet regulatory risk obligations.
You're an experienced Customer Journey Expert who can work across both the product and the technology aspects of an Agile team/squad.

What are you going to do? You will be
- Driving the delivery of one of the Tribe's strategic IT programs by leading an Agile team of developers and devtesters and collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders including Feature Engineers, Domain Architects, Credit Risk Managers, Credit Operations, Risk & Compliance and external vendors.
- Developing the Agile team's product roadmap and managing the Agile team's backlog.
- Ensuring stakeholder requirements have been captured and delivered based on priority whilst maintaining the integrity of the technical features and solution.
- Identifying and resolving process / system improvements todeliver on regulatory risk objectives.
What are we looking for? Someone who
- Has demonstrated relevant experience (7+ years) in product management or delivery of customer initiatives, preferably across business and IT. Experience in process optimisation and/or project management is also ideal.
- Demonstrates selfleadership and is confident to work independently whilst also performing more complex tasks and analysis.
- Has a holistic view and determines priorities based on context.
- Is a gotoperson for the team when encountering challenges.
- Is capable of influencing stakeholder expectations to ensure optimal outcomes are achieved.
- Challenges and improves own work and that of colleagues continuously.
- Serves as an example of continuous feedback, constantly challenging the team and by doing so creating a learning culture.
