About the Role

As the Project Lead Coordinator reporting to the Senior Manager – People Systems, Insights & Payroll, you play a crucial role in the People Systems team. Your responsibilities include assisting the People & Transformation Team, Security & HRIS Project Teams, and leading key projects linked to Melbourne Water's HRIS Framework implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the implementation of the HRIS and Security Management Framework to meet organisational objectives and stakeholder expectations.
About You
  • Ability to research and develop innovative solutions to complex problems.
  • Demonstrated resilience in delivering outcomes in challenging environments.
  • Effective communication skills with senior management and project stakeholders for business change.
  • Prior experience in HRIS / Payroll transformation projects with ownership of project governance.
  • Strong project scheduling and attention to detail for quality results in tight deadlines.
  • Experience in projects related to the Security of Critical Infrastructure Act 2018.
  • Proficiency in MS Project and Excel for preparing clear and concise briefings and reports.
