The position
Wilson Security has multiple Permanent Full-Time Relief Security Officer roles available. These sites are predominately located SOR - in Rockingham, Henderson and surrounding locations.
You will be an integral part of the teams leading the Maritime and Defence contracts.
To be successful, you must be able to demonstrate the following: - Demonstrated experience in the Security Industry

  • Excellent verbal & customer service skills
  • Display 24/7 Flexibility
  • 12 hour shifts and a guaranteed 84 hour fortnight
  • Rotating roster
  • A current WA Driver's Licence and a vehicle in good working order
  • Intermediate Computer Skills
  • Proven Experience in Conflict Resolution
  • Have full unlimited working rights in Australia
  • For some roles you must be an Australian Citizen as you will be working on various Defence contracts
  • Must be eligible to either have or obtain an MSIC, Baseline and NV1 security clearances
  • MUST be willing and able to work extra shifts when required
  • Incident report writing

What we are looking for:

  • Current Western Australian Security License
  • Current First Aid Certification
  • Be eligible to obtain an MSIC
  • Be eligible or already have Baseline and/or NV1 Security Clearance
  • Fully Vaccinated and willing to provide evidence
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Demonstrated experience in conflict resolution and emergency services
  • 24/7 Availability
  • Motivated, positive & selfstarter attitude
  • Confidentiality ability to keep sensitive information, confidential
  • Excellent communication, professional presentation and problemsolving skills
