The opportunity

CareSuper are entering an exciting phase and it's all about the data As the Senior Information Management Analyst, you'll be responsible for effective implementation of information management processes and policies. You'll also assist in increasing the value of existing information within the Fund by contributing to the development of our Enterprise Content Management System (ECMS) functions based on SharePoint.

Applying your passion in best practice, you'll:

  • Review and provide advice on information management policies to ensure they meet legal, evidential and accountability requirements
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to champion information management best practice
  • Provide specialist advice in matters relating to information management to users and management
  • Develop protocols for the implementation of policies related to retention and disposal of information assets
  • Provide user support and practical advice for the implementation of information management policies using technology controls in Microsoft 365
  • Undertake project work related to information management initiatives
  • Drive data and information custodianship and awareness across the organisation, ensuring understanding and adherence to information management policies and processes
  • Maintain and oversee the offsite systems for records & documents

What you'll bring

The successful applicant will have:

  • Demonstrated high level knowledge and understanding of business analysis, understanding process requirements and translating them into information management solutions
  • Strong understanding of information management requirements, including privacy considerations
  • Knowledge of MS 365 information management functions
  • Ability to manage a SharePoint Online based ECMS
  • Knowledge of records classification schemes and disposal schedules
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence others and navigate internal barriers to change
  • Experience in project management would be an advantage but not essential
