Are you currently managing a predominantly retail portfolio and wanting to progress in your career? Or are you already working within a shopping centre environment and looking for a new challenge? This role could be for you


We are seeking a retail property professional for a highly regarded brand in property, to manage a handful of small neighbourhood centres.


You will use your commercial experience to meet the financial and performance targets of your portfolio on a monthly and annual basis.

You will take on responsibility for liaising with all stakeholders to provide and present a first class management service. This position will be an integral part in maximising revenue and capital value of assets.


Other responsibilities will include the review and execution of lease renewals, annual rent reviews, tenant retention strategies, working with leasing consultants and ensuring a strong level of rapport with the support staff.

To be successful in this role you will require:

  • Previous experience working within shopping centres, or on a retail portfolio
  • Real estate registration is a must
  • Strong understanding of the Retail Tenancy Act regulations
  • A high level of numeracy/financial skills
  • Tertiary education in a finance or property related field is desirable
  • Exceptional communication and problem solving skills
  • Passionate about retail
