We are seeking a highly motivated and well-organized individual who will work closely with the Human Resource Manager to ensure efficient procedures within the HR team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting with all internal and external HR inquiries or requests.
• Maintaining accurate employee records and engaging with current team members.
• Preparing contracts and managing the employee through Kronos (UKG) to the payroll stage.
• Creating and maintaining a comprehensive database of employees, ensuring effective onboarding by supervisors and managers.
• Building positive relationships with external stakeholders to enhance Skyline's profile.
• Creating and facilitating annual and exit surveys.

• Qualifications within HR and strong HR administration and people management skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to remain calm in stressful situations.
• Welldeveloped written and verbal communication skills, including telephone etiquette.
• Team player who works well in a collaborative environment.
