We are looking for a motivated, positive, and hardworking individual for a
Casual Merchandiser and Product Trainer role.

You will proactively engage with store staff and customers and deliver a great
Swann experience through compelling demonstrations of their Consumer Electronics products

0.95 cents per KM travelled compensated from store-to-store

Hours/Days:

average hours range between
20-30 hours weekly depending on client needs and flexible availability is required across Monday to Friday.

You will be required to:

• Merchandise our clients' product range within retailers such as Bunnings, JBHIFI, Costco, Harvey Norman and more within your assigned area.
• Create point of sale displays, ensuring the product is wellstocked and maintained.
• Complete seasonal planograms when required
• Check stock levels for stores and stock ordering
• Report accurate data upon the completion of each visit
• Provide support and training to retail staff and build strong relationships with retailers
• Use your superior Swann product knowledge and engagement skills to convert product demonstrations into sales

About you:

• Previous retail or merchandising experience
• A valid driver's license and access to a reliable car
• Great communication skills to build relationships with store personnel
• Commitment to work on an ongoing basis in a casual position
• Ability to report your work via apps on an iPad provided by the company
• Activities can be physically demanding in nature, especially planograms, so you need to be confident with working autonomously to complete these tasks.
