ABOUT THE ROLE - Reporting into the respective Service Managers, these Service Advising positions are responsible for end to end Service Advising duties, including; greeting and serving service customers, creating book-ins, costing, invoicing, preparing quotes, selling work, updating database, paperwork and warranty etc. These positions will integrate with the workshop through the Workshop Controllers, Foreman and Service Managers.
YOUR GENERAL JOB FUNCTION;
- Scheduling service appointments and managing customer walkins
- Utilising company DMS proficiently and accurately
- Creating, costing and closing Repair Orders
- Handing warranty claims with the manufacturer
- Manage clientele to the highest service standards inline with company policies and expectations
- Selling Labour within guidelines
- Being a customer champion
WE ARE LOOKING FOR;
- Dealership Experienced Service Advisors
- Must be proficient in using DMS systems
- Those looking to move up to the next level in their career fulfilling a senior position
- Meticulous attention to detail and organisational skills
- A strong communicator who takes ownership of the customer journey
