SME Gateway Pty Ltd is an organisation that provides our clients direct and cost-effective access to Small and Medium sized Enterprises (SMEs) covering a broad range of capability.

Through SME Gateway our client gain access to over 400 companies and in excess of 7,000 personnel across Australia through a single contact and contracting source.


Gateway provides a corporate structure, panel access, processes and methodology allowing our SMEs to gain access to markets that are often not directly accessible to them.

About the Role
This role will report to an Account Manager/Contract Manager, focusing on the following deliverables:

  • Compile and prepare various company submissions, contracts and associated documents.
  • Support the Contract Manager and/or Account Manager roles as required.
  • Review and update existing contracts.
  • Work with other staff to ensure contract deliverables are met.
  • Maintain company systems and physical and digital records.
  • Create and lodge compliance reports as required.
  • Create internal reports as required.
  • Support a collaborative environment within SME Gateway.
  • Undertake other duties as directed.
  • This is an officebased role, located in Belconnen, ACT.

About You

  • Must be an Australian Citizen
  • Has baseline Security Clearance (desirable) or the ability to obtain one.
  • Experience in a similar role is preferred, but open to industry shifters and fresh graduates.
  • Data entry experience.
  • Time management, attention to details, and prioritising skills, with proven capacity to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to engage and develop partnerships at all organisational levels and with various stakeholders.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills including Microsoft Office.
