About the Client
Our client is a Female living with

Autism, Anxiety, Intellectual Disability, and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. She is also non-verbal. She requires dedicated Support Workers with extensive experience in providing complex care to support her with daily living.

Components of the supports include
***personal care, continence care, assistance with feeding and medications, monitoring physical health, engaging in activities in the home (stories, music, painting, sensory activities etc.), and community access.

About You
To set the benchmark standard of services, we seek likeminded support workers that uphold and represent our core values:

In addition to our values, our support staff require mandatory compliance:

  • 12 months minimum experience as a Support Worker.
  • Experience working with complex care needs.
  • Relevant tertiary qualification (minimum Certificate III)
  • Driver's License & Car.
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check.
  • Current First Aid & CPR Certificate.
  • Manual Handling Certificate.
  • Medication Certificate.
  • Flexible availability & commitment to an ongoing roster of support.
