Title and Summary

Manager, Product Management - Card Payments & Processing

This role is within the Global Product Management team at Mastercard Gateway, focusing on Processing & Localization. The team manages the core processing engine and ecommerce payment product.

Role

  • Lead a crossfunctional team in building and managing online card payment products, ensuring scalability, reliability, security, and compliance.
  • Align solutions with customer needs, business viability, and Mastercard Gateway's goals.
  • Define and execute vision and strategy for card payments.
  • Prioritize tasks, balancing short-term and medium-term goals, and manage the overall roadmap.
  • Develop specifications, requirements, and use cases for new features.
  • Oversee product launches and enhancements.
  • Understand user needs and pain points to drive product success.
  • Measure product performance, propose optimizations, and set key objectives.
  • Advocate for customer-centered product strategies and drive positive change.

All About You

  • 6+ years of experience in a product role with a proven track record.
  • Expertise in card payment processing and market trends.
  • Collaborative approach with strong communication skills.
  • Customer-centric mindset in product development.
  • Ability to derive insights from various sources and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey complex ideas effectively.
  • Stakeholder management skills in a matrix organization.
