With passion and precision at the heart of everything we do, being a Concession Manager in our Bourke St David Jones Concession is no exception -You will play a crucial part in helping our brand GROW We are looking for a self-motivated individual that is passionate about our brand and looking to _grow a career in fashion.

_ About the role_
As our Concession Manager, you will play a significant role within the business.

As part of our team, you will be responsible for looking after the day-to-day operations within the concession, leading and inspiring a team of like-minded individuals that share the love for fashion.

You will be responsible for driving sales and achieving KPI results within the concession, and training and developing a team of future stylists.


  • Manage, monitor, and drive sales to enhance store targets and maximize profitability within the concession.
  • Ability to review your sales and stock sell through report, analyze what has impacted your store results and work with Operations on future actions
  • Hold yourself and each individual accountable for their own results
  • Mentor, engage and coach your team to allow growth, celebrating their strengths and building awareness and steps to address their gaps; through honesty, generosity, and true empowerment to give things a go themselves
  • Lead and inspire the team to dig deep, love what they do and be proud of the contribution they have to the wider business strategy
  • Priorities team members wellbeing and mental health ensuring they are healthy, taking time to recharge and to talk about how they are feeling

_ About you_

  • Minimum 2 years experience in a management role in the retail industry
  • You will have a genuine love and understanding of our brand
  • The ability to confidently lead, motivate and engage your team
  • Proven experience and success in coaching and developing teams and individuals
  • A proven track record of driving and exceeding sales targets and budgets
  • Sound knowledge and proven success in retail ops including budgets, wages, rostering, VM, stock management, shrinkage etc
  • Must have full Australian working rights
