Job Description
The Company
This position is with a renowned development and construction company with a strong portfolio of company owned assets across Retail, Commercial and Industrial sectors.
The Position
This is an important facilities focussed property management position. You will manage the existing mixed portfolio of non-residential assets and work closely with the Property Director and development team on new assets being developed and added to the portfolio. You will be responsible for:
- Managing the mixed portfolio - Retail/Commercial/Industrial properties.
- Liaising with key stakeholders and business Directors.
- Completing annual property inspections and identifying opportunities for capital works/repositioning and development.
- Managing the delivery of capital works programs.
- Implementing risk mitigation practices in managing risk and property compliance.
- Maintaining and develop relationships with the tenants and maintenance staff to ensure cooperative working relationships.
- Oversight of maintenance staff and contractors.
- Tracking lease renewals and potential vacancies to ensure these are monitored and managed.
- Other property portfolio duties as required.
Experience Required
You will have 3 + years experience working across retail / commercial property and facilities management with a natural ability to take control of a mixed portfolio of assets.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
