Our Federal Government client is seeking to engage a Divisional Recruitment Manager on a Non Ongoing contract for 12 months.


Position Overview

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Coordination of Divisional recruitment requirements
  • Management of Divisional recruitment plans
  • Guide and implement business improvements
  • Develop and coordinate specialist recruitment activities and plans:
  • Work with key stakeholders to identify workforce requirements
  • Assist in developing assessment methods that may include examples of interview questions, work samples or online assessments
  • Facilitate the development of appropriate recruitment selection panels and delegates
  • Coordination of scribing services and reference checking
  • Provide targeted strategic recruitment advice including assisting in the development of marketing and/or attraction strategies
  • Deliver recruitment focussed information and training sessions in line with best practice
  • Coordinate collaboration across Divisions and the wider department
  • Manage escalations/prioritisation or work where required
  • Continuously build knowledge of the organisation through engagement across the Agency to develop attraction and recruitment solutions
  • Provision of Divisional recruitment reporting
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite
- eRecruit system experience is highly desirable

  • Working knowledge of merit selection principals is also highly desirable

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Baseline Security Clearance required
  • NV1 desirable
