CUSTOMER
SERVICE SUPERSTARS to join the team

Do you love making others smile? Are you outgoing and confident? Do you have excellent personal presentation skills and want to wear the Soul Origin uniform with pride? Then this is the role is for you You'll be responsible for:

  • Giving our Soul Origin customers an excellent customer service experience.
  • Assisting customers with any questions or queries.
  • General cleaning duties.

To be successful you'll have:

  • An approachable demeanour and good communication skills
  • Availability to work weekdays, weekends and public holidays as required
  • Good attention to detail and cash handling skills
  • An understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
  • A flexible approach to work at Soul Origin, customer service goes beyond serving customers You'll also be able to help with stock take, opening / closing the store, cleaning and preparing basic food items
  • Preferred: A minimum of 6 months fast food or restaurant experience

  • Afternoon shift
  • Every weekend
  • Monday to Friday
  • Morning shift
  • Public holidays
  • Rotating roster
  • Weekend availability
