This is a valuable opportunity for an experienced consultant to progress in their career and work directly with the national leadership team in a hybrid consultant/management role.

As a Lead Consultant at Acumen, you will oversee a reduced portfolio delivering top-tier case management services drawing on your clinical reasoning skills and expertise to assist individuals who have suffered from a wide range of injuries, illnesses, or trauma. Working for a national organization, you will also have the chance to assist clients across various schemes beyond our personal injury portfolio, including the Australian Defence Force and the Department of Veterans Affairs (DVA).

In addition to handling the consulting portfolio, you will collaborate with the national GM and other local leaders to guide and support peers and drive customer growth in the region through account management best practices and new business development.

What will contribute to your success:

  • Ambitious with leadership goals
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a rehabilitation consultant
  • Current unrestricted registration or membership with the relevant industry body (AHPRA, ESSA, and ASORC)
  • Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, or Exercise Physiology
  • Strong clinical reasoning abilities
  • Passion for aiding in rehabilitation
